Ricky Coats has been with Tiffin for 46 years, Philip Cavness 47 years, and Hollis Hicks 48 years. Their combined total of years here at Tiffin Motorhomes is a grand 141 years!

“I was the first woman to be hired in Phillip’s sidewall department almost 20 years ago. Phillip was a great supervisor he always treated people fairly. Then times changed and he became a coworker in sidewall department and he still helped out whenever and wherever he was needed. I have enjoyed working with him for the last 20 years. I always joked with him about being the first woman in his department. He will always be a great boss and coworker. Now, I hope he goes home and enjoys his retirement with his wife Gina.
