Overland Expo West 2025: Recap

Overland Expo is the world’s premier event series for adventure travel enthusiasts. Between speakers, sessions, classes, vendors, and more, this event draws thousands of off-road adventurers to each of its series. Recently, Tiffin Adventure had the opportunity to attend Overland Expo West in Flagstaff, AZ, where we publicly showcased the ALL NEW Open Trail 25 AO and our concept units in collaboration with Owl Outdoors.

With an estimated 30,000 people in attendance at this 3 day event, the Tiffin team was hard at work with the RecVan/La Mesa team sharing the public launch of the Open Trail 25 AO. This all new unit from Tiffin Adventure combines the efficiency of an adventure van with the added capacity of a Class C coach,  giving you room to roam! We received incredible feedback from the overlanding community, and we’re excited to see the Open Trail come to a dealer lot near you.

We also showcased our concept units in collaboration with Owl Outdoors, the GHX and the OTX. The GHX and OTX are concept units that begin as a Tiffin GH1 or a Tiffin Open Trail that are then upfitted by Owl Outdoors before making its way to you, the consumer. We had the opportunity to share these concept units and receive valuable feedback before we release these beauties to the market.
