What is the Factory Delivery Program?
Our Tiffin Factory Delivery Program offers a unique delivery experience on ordered Zephyr and Bob Tiffin Limited Edition Allegro Buses. Handled by our dedicated Tiffin Motorhomes team, this exclusive service ensures that your coach is meticulously prepared for factory delivery. We aim to provide you with an unparalleled delivery experience, tailored to make it exceptional in every way.
Factory delivery typically spans 2-3 full days. During your delivery appointment, you’ll have the opportunity to thoroughly explore every operating system and compartment in your motorhome. The walkthrough will be conducted at your pace, with a Tiffin expert guiding you throughout. Our goal is to ensure that by the time you leave the factory, you have a comprehensive understanding of your coach’s operation, including the purpose behind every feature and function.
On the first day of your appointment, we will thoroughly review every system and operation in your new coach. That evening, you’ll have the opportunity to spend the night in your coach, allowing you to become familiar with its systems and features. On the second and third days, we’ll address any questions you might have, revisit the information from the first day, and conduct a road test together.
You will stay in your coach at the Bob Tiffin Service Center, which features a dedicated camping area exclusively for factory delivery customers. This site includes electrical, water, and sewer hookups, ensuring that your coach is fully set up and ready for you upon arrival.
Along with a highly personalized delivery experience, you’ll depart for your first trip with a full tank of fuel and your water tanks pre-filled. (During winter months, you have the option to have your coach winterized instead of filling the water tanks.)
