REGULAR BAY SERVICE
The Bob Tiffin Service and Parts Center in Red Bay, Alabama is one of many locations qualified to service Tiffin coaches. The facility has 48 bays manned by knowledgeable technicians able to assist in almost all service needs. Regular Bay service can be performed on all model RVs, built any model year.

EXPRESS BAY SERVICE
This express repair consists of service performed by two (2) technicians for projects under three (3) hours. Most non-warrantable services can be accomplished in one (1) Express Bay visit. If repairs exceed three (3) hours, our staff will prioritize the repairs for the first Express Bay visit and any subsequent Express Bay visits. RVs are limited to one (1) Express Bay visit per 60 days.

RV ORIENTATION
An exclusive RV Orientation designed to familiarize owners with every aspect of their coach, including in-depth insights into exterior components, interior components, and the dashboard leveling systems. This one-on-one experience will guide you through a thorough explanation of “how to use” your coach, ensuring that you feel confident with every inch of your coach.

Furniture Repair
What should I do if my furniture is peeling or damaged?
Please follow the steps below on how to address peeling or damaged furniture.
Step 1: Contact Tiffin Parts Department

- Provide the last 8 digits of the chassis VIN. This allows the parts technician to identify the correct fabric type and style.
Step 2: Fabric Review and Availability Check
The parts technician will:
- Identify the fabric type and color/styling
- Check material availability
- Provide part numbers, pricing, and estimated lead time
Step 3: Repair Options
For work performed at the Bob Tiffin Service Center:
- Option 1 – Customer Drop Off: Schedule a time to drop off your unit and we will contact you once repairs are complete. A member of our scheduling team will set your appointment and order material, with payment due at order entry.
- Option 2 – Call-Ahead Queue: For customers that wish to stay with their unit. Complete the online form for a spot in the service queue. You will receive daily updates on your place in line. Parts will be ordered directly by the parts technician, with payment due at order entry.
For work performed outside of the Bob Tiffin Service Center
- The parts can be ordered by our parts technician and shipped directly to the service center of your choice.
