Question: I understand that Thor Industries will be transferring one or more Entegra diesel pushers from Jayco to Tiffin and will be re-badged as a Tiffin. Can you tell me which Entegra models will be transferred? Answer: Yes, starting with the 2027 model year, several Entegra diesel pushers will transition to Tiffin. We’re still finalizing which specific models will move over and how they’ll be integrated into the Tiffin lineup, so I don’t have exact names to share just yet. That said, our goal is to preserve elements of what owners love about those coaches while enhancing them with the quality, support, and legacy Tiffin is known for. We’ll be sharing more details later this year as the product planning wraps up. Appreciate you reaching out and your continued support. |
Question: We have a 2020 Tiffin Bus with extension of navigation on passenger side, which we paid more for, now we have nothing because we was informed by Rand McNally that our navigation has been discontinued. How do we resolve this issue so we can get a navigation system back in our bus with the navigation still on the passenger screen. Answer: Thank you for your question! The solution is a replacement card that can be purchased through River Park. The part number is: XS90108, and cost roughly $250.00. This is administered through NavNgo, which is the navigation software we use in our motorhomes. Question: What can you do to tone down the rhetoric regarding Thor and Tiffin. The blogs all feel it’s a bad thing and don’t buy an Tiffin older than 2019. It really hurts Tiffin’s reputation as many people feel Thor being part of Tiffin gives our coaches a bad name. People have said Thor doesn’t have a very good reputation for their coaches and the feeling expressed Is Tiffin is headed in the same direction. Answer: Thanks for the message, and for being direct about it. I understand the concerns. There’s been a lot of chatter online since the Thor acquisition, and not all of it reflects reality. The simple truth is this: Tiffin is still Tiffin. We’re running our own show, making our own decisions, and staying focused on building great coaches and taking care of our owners. What Thor has given us is stability and resources. They haven’t changed who we are or how we operate. The same team is in place, and our standards haven’t budged. I appreciate you speaking up. It helps us keep earning the trust we’ve built over the years. |
