Tiffin Motorhomes Announces Leadership Transition
Red Bay, Alabama – February 12, 2026 – Tiffin Motorhomes announced today that Leigh Tiffin has resigned from his role as President of Tiffin Motorhomes, effective immediately.
Leigh Tiffin, grandson of founder Bob Tiffin, is departing the company to pursue an important personal career opportunity focused on continued leadership and professional growth.
“After a great deal of thought, I’ve decided to step away from my role at Tiffin to pursue a personal opportunity that is important to me,” said Leigh Tiffin. “This decision was not easy, because Tiffin Motorhomes is not just a company to me — it’s family, legacy, and a team of people I deeply respect. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished and especially proud of the way Tiffin has grown stronger since our acquisition by THOR Industries. THOR has allowed Tiffin to continue to maintain its own brand identity and culture, while empowering the organization through THOR’s balance sheet and resources, including its people who have extensive industry experience and expertise. I truly believe the future is incredibly bright for Tiffin, and I’ll always be cheering for the team and the brand.”
The Tiffin Motorhomes team extends its sincere appreciation to Leigh for his leadership, commitment, and the impact he has made on the organization. His contributions have strengthened the company and reinforced the values that define the Tiffin name.
Tiffin Motorhomes remains firmly rooted in Red Bay, Alabama, where the company has built its reputation for craftsmanship, customer service, and innovation over decades. The company’s operations, workforce, and long-term commitment to the Red Bay community remain unchanged. Tiffin will continue to honor the legacy established by founder Bob Tiffin and carry forward the leadership principles and customer-first philosophy that have long distinguished the brand.
Bob Tiffin will remain actively involved with the company, continuing to provide guidance and leadership.

Van Tiffin will continue serving as Senior Advisor of Manufacturing, where he plays a critical role in upholding the high-quality craftsmanship for which Tiffin Motorhomes is known.
Bob Martin, President and Chief Executive Officer, expressed appreciation for Leigh’s contributions and reaffirmed THOR’s support of the Tiffin brand.

At this time, a successor has not been named. The company’s leadership team remains in place, and operations continue with the full support of THOR Industries. Tiffin Motorhomes remains focused on product innovation, dealer partnerships, customer experience, and long-term strategic growth.
We would like to clarify that Leigh was not terminated from Tiffin Motorhomes. He chose to pursue a new opportunity with NIRVC, and we wish him the very best in his new role.
Our day-to-day operations continue to run as normal, and valued members of the Tiffin family- including Bob, Van, and Trent- remain actively involved. We are fully on track with all future product launches, including the highly anticipated introduction of the new Cornerstone brand, and we are excited about many great things ahead.
