In 2026, we are placing an even stronger emphasis on the full ownership experience — not just how our coaches are built, but how they are sold, delivered, supported, and cared for over time.
Late in 2025, we launched a new owner experience survey to deepen our focus on customer feedback and use it to drive meaningful change. Some of you may have already received one of these surveys. In partnership with Qualtrics and Ipsos, we administer two surveys to each new owner. The first focuses on the sales and delivery experience, along with initial quality. The second gauges how perceptions evolve over time, including product preferences, performance, and warranty support.
Your feedback directly informs where we invest, what we improve, and how we hold ourselves — and our partners — accountable. It helps ensure the Tiffin ownership experience continues to meet the expectations you deserve.
