How do I view a coach’s floor plan choices?
To explore our coach’s model-specific floor plan options, click on the “Models“ tab located at the top of the Homepage. Choose the model you are interested in from the dropdown menu. Next, navigate down to the “Floor Plans” section to view all available floor plans associated with that coach.
Where are the specifications on a particular coach found?
For detailed specifications on each model, visit the model of your choice, then, navigate to the “Features and Specs” section to find highlighted specifications. For a more extensive list of specifications, simply click on the “View all Specs” tab.
Can I build my own coach with customizable options?
Our website’s “Build Your Own” feature offers a fantastic opportunity to create your ideal coach. Here, you can select from a variety of features to customize your dream coach exactly as you envision it.
Is there a way for me to conduct comparisons between two or more floor plans?
Within the specifications section of each model page, click the “View all specs” button. This will direct you to our floor plan comparison page. Select the floor plan options you’re interested in from the “Select” drop-down menu to explore detailed specifications and discover all available features.

I’ve never been to Red Bay or the Service Center. Where do I go when I get there?
Visit Bob Tiffin Service Center at 904 Gates Street, Red Bay, AL 35582. Our service hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Upon arrival, please check in at our campground office to receive your Work Order # and Parking Permit. What different service options are offered at Tiffin?
At the Bob Tiffin Service Center, we are pleased to offer three comprehensive service programs designed to meet your needs:
- Call-Ahead Queue
- Customer Drop Off (CDO)

How do I schedule an appointment for Annual Mechanic Services at the BobTiffin Service Center?
The Bob Tiffin Service Center has a full-service mechanic shop for all Models that includes: Oil Changes , Generator/Transmission/Axle Service, Air/Suspension/Power Steering/Fan Drive Systems, Koni Shock Upgrades, and Full Chassis Inspections.

Can I stay in my coach overnight while it’s at the Service Center?
Yes. You can remain with your coach overnight while having any of our services performed here at the Bob Tiffin Service Center. Customers who use our Call Ahead Queue or First Come, First Serve Programs have the ability to remain with their unit.
How can I get a spot in the Service Center campground? How much does it cost?
Our campground is exclusively available for customers receiving services for their coaches. Camping fees are structured as follows: During the 1-year warranty period, camping at our service center is complimentary. For those outside of their 1-year warranty, there is a daily fee of $26.
What is the Call-Ahead Queue Program?
The Call-Ahead Queue Program enables an owner to bypass the waiting process by enrolling them into a priority list. Once enrolled, customers receive daily email updates informing them of their position in the queue and when to visit the Bob Tiffin Service Center closer to their appointment time.

What is the Customer Drop Off Program?
The Customer Drop-off program allows an owner to take advantage of having their unit serviced here at the Bob Tiffin Service Center and is dependent on NOT being present with their coach. The program operates under an appointment-based model. The unit must be within 4 years of the original date of purchase.

How do I find out if my coach has a recall?
Using your VIN, you are able to look up recalls on your motorhome HERE.
Does Tiffin offer roadside assistance?
We partner with SafeRide RV to offer roadside assistance benefits to Tiffin owners. Find information about roadside assistance. Your first year is paid for by Tiffin!

What warranty coverage does Tiffin Motorhomes provide from the factory?
Tiffin’s Limited Warranty is for 12 months, or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the date of purchase by the original owner.
Do you offer guided tours of your manufacturing facility to showcase the production process?
Certainly! Our company offers guided tours of our production facilities, providing an educational overview of the manufacturing processes involved in creating your unit. Tours are available at our production facilities in Red Bay, AL; Belmont, MS; and Winfield, AL.
